WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 
We fulfill orders within 2-3 business days after receiving your order. All orders ship ground, and when we pass them to our shipping partners, you will get an email update! Orders typically deliver to you 5-10 business days after the order is placed.  
*exceptions, of course, to pre-order products which ship as soon as they can!


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY? 
All sales are final, no refunds/exchanges will be given on Non/Per orders. If an item arrives damaged, please contact within 7 days of the delivery date at support@nonper.com

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Non/Per is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipper for the address entered on the order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery with the shipper and provide shipping details from the carrier to the customer to file a claim.


WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Please reach out if you have issues with your order! Please email us at support@nonper.com and mention your order number. We require that images be submitted with any quality issues, so we can properly consider your request. 


HOW COME I CAN'T ADD FLOWERS TO MY ORDER? 
NON/PER was designed to be an independent platform from Farmgirlflowers.com so that we could offer a broader and alternative product selection. 


At this time, our two platforms do not overlap, so we ask you submit an order per site!
